Smooth and delicious chocolate avocado mousse with a tangy orange flavour.
2 bananas, ripe, peeled, quartered
2 avocados, peeled, pitted, quartered
60 ml chocolate sauce
juice of half an orange
30 ml cocoa powder
1 tsp orange zest
1 tsp cocoa powder
dark chocolate, grated
- Place all of the ingredients into the food processor. Blend until smooth.
- Place mousse in serving dishes and refrigerate until chilled.
